The following Online Shopping Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “Terms & Conditions”) govern the services which SWAAS offers at the website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you register with us, you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended and varied by us from time to time.

However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the amended Terms & Conditions. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using/transacting at the site. Should any of the conditions be deemed to be invalid at a future date, the validity or enforceability of any or all of the remaining conditions shall not be affected in any manner.

You further agree to use your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this website. Also, before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
Your order for the purchase of any product at the website shall be deemed to be an offer made by you. We reserve the right to accept or reject the offer. Your order shall be deemed to have been accepted by us only upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered by you.
Your Information:

We expect all information provided by you to be factual and correct at all times. Any breach of this condition may result in your membership being discontinued, without limiting any other remedies available to us.

You shall provide your correct e-mail address. We are not responsible for any communication missed out due to incorrect/invalid e-mail addresses provided by you. Where incorrect information provided by you (wrong name or address etc.) results in non-delivery of the ordered product, any extra cost incurred by us for redelivery shall be payable by you.
The payment information provided by you will be checked for each and every order. Any data determined to be incorrect at the time of processing your order will be subject to additional verification. You shall arrange to provide all reasonable documents/information required for the purpose of our verification.
Non Acceptance, Cancellation of Orders & Refunds
Certain situations may arise where we may not be able to accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order placed by you for any reason.
On certain very rare occasions, we may be unable to accept an order due to the non-availability of the product in stock. In such a situation, if we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, the entire amount received by us will be refunded.
Further, in spite of our best efforts to provide correct and accurate information on the website, some errors may occur from time to time. We may therefore be unable to accept an order placed by you due to errors in the product description and/or pricing on the website. In such a situation, we shall inform you by e-mail to place a fresh order on the basis of the corrected information, should you prefer to do so. You may however at your sole discretion also choose to cancel the order. If the order is canceled after we have processed the payment, the amount received will be refunded.
You cannot cancel any order that has already been shipped out by us. In case you cancel an order before it has been processed/ approved by us, we shall refund the entire amount received by us. Our decision on whether an order has been processed or not shall be final and you agree not to dispute our decision.
All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.
Colour Variation:
We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the product. The variation could occur for a number of reasons including the screen resolution and other parameters of the monitor. The resulting colour variation could be up to 10% which we request you to take note of.
Dispute Resolution:
Disputes, if any, arising on account of any matter connected with the usage of the website will be referred to an Arbitrator appointed by SWAAS. The arbitration proceedings will be governed by the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India, 1996. The venue of the arbitration shall be Tiruppur.

We shall not be liable in any manner if we are unable to fulfill any of our obligations through this website due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, Governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/ direction/prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond our control.
